IRINA

Budileanu, with over 15 years of experience in the world of advertising, marketing strategy, art direction, project management, and business intelligence, starting her own business became the next logical step. Adding a diploma in cinematography and television, she completes what she lacked to embark on her career as a film director and producer.

An entrepreneur at heart, Irina opened BOBS Productions Inc. in October 2019. Motivation and ambition were born during her early childhood being in a family of entrepreneurs and being passionate and curious.

​

She realizes at a very young age that one day she will have a business that will care about the human condition and that of the planet. Revolted by the working conditions and the aggressive business mentality of the 80s and 90s, Irina decides to found more than a company, but a movement.

 

BOBS is a place where kindness is the Queen, respect is King, and authenticity and transparency; are the castle guards.

BOBS is for her much more than a production company. She wants to lead by setting an example that it is possible to be kind in business with a sense of conscience and transparency.
